We create personalised, custom-made embroidered items.

2. Orders

• All items are made to order based on the photo and instructions you provide.
  
• Once you submit your photo, we will prepare a digitised embroidery preview.
  
• You are responsible for checking and approving the preview before stitching begins.
  
• Orders will only start after your approval.
  

3. Personalised Products

• Each order is unique; no two items are exactly the same.
  
• Slight variations in colours, thread thickness, or size may occur.
  
• These variations are normal and part of handmade embroidery.
  

4. Payments

• Full payment is required before embroidery begins.
  
• Payments are securely processed through our payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  
• We do not store your card details.
  

5. Shipping & Collection

• Local collection is available from Haydock / St Helens.
  
• UK delivery is available; shipping fees are displayed at checkout or agreed via message.
  
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after embroidery is completed, but may vary during busy periods (e.g., Christmas).
  

6. Returns & Refunds

Personalised Items

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
  
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos if there is an issue.
  

Non-Personalised Items

• Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
  

7. Photo Usage

• By sending your photo for digitising, you confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it.
  
• You grant Fairy Crafts permission to use the finished embroidery or outline art for order processing, portfolio, and social media unless you request otherwise.
  
• You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
  

8. Accuracy of Photos & Previews

• The quality of your embroidery depends on the clarity of the photo provided.
  
• Blurry, dark, or incomplete photos may affect the final result.
  
• The approved digitised preview is the design that will be stitched.
  

9. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before digitising begins.
  
• Once digitising starts, a digitising fee may apply.
  
• Once embroidery begins, cancellations are not possible.
  

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

• Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  
• If approved, we will replace or refund the item.
  
• Damage due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear is not covered.
  

11. Clothing & Care

• Follow the care instructions provided.
  
• Embroidery may be damaged by high heat, harsh detergents, or incorrect washing.
  
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
  

12. Website Use

• Do not copy or reproduce our designs, photos, or content without permission.
  
• Do not use the website unlawfully.
  

13. Limitation of Liability

Fairy Crafts is not liable for:

• Delays caused by courier services
  
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
  
• Poor-quality photos affecting the final result
  
• Indirect or unforeseeable losses
