To get started, simply send us a clear, high-quality photo of your pet. The better the photo, the more detail we can capture in your embroidery. Close up shots with good lighting work best to bring out your pet’s unique features and personality.
Approve your
embroidery preview
Once we’ve digitised your pet’s photo, we’ll create a detailed embroidery preview for your approval. This step ensures that every detail is perfect before we begin stitching. You can review the design, suggest minor adjustments, and be confident that your final piece will look just as you imagined.
Delivered in 4–5 Days
After you approve the design, we carefully hand and machine embroider your item. Each piece is crafted with precision and love and we aim to deliver it to your doorstep within 4–5 days. Your personalised keepsake will arrive ready to cherish, gift or display a lasting memory of your beloved pet.
